CloudFlare works fine for us but you have to switch developer mode if you are updating your exchange or you won't see the changes for a few hours.
One warning - don't use the 'purge' button or your customers may see the CloudFlare screen instead of your exchange the next time they login!

I take that back we have had terrible problems with cloudflare today and will be taking most of my groups sites off that asap.
