Full Version: PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning

1. I have problem with paypal payment.That when user order coin pack and the system didn't add fund to them. I have to manually added.
2. I got an email from paypal about PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning as below

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

/system/payments/paypal/ipn.php

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

How to solve this problem, Also I have open Support Ticket Detail #1271 morethan 1 week ago.
But no any support reply until now

You don't need to put IPN URL in your paypal account like payza/egopay. Anyway, have you made any changes (changed primary email, account type, etc)? Make sure that you have business account, Also make sure that you're using your primary PayPal email, because Paypal IPN has been improved in version v2.0.0 and works better.

If you do not make any changes, just called paypal, problem is in ipn servers

Thank you Daxtor for your info. Nothing change in my paypal account. I can receive payment from user via paypal. But the system can't automatic add money to user fund. and no transaction in PES-PRO. I have to manually add money.

Any way I will try to upgrade my paypal account to business for see the result.

After I was upgraded my paypal account to business, Still the same problem.

What script version are you currently using?
I'm using version 2.01

Try to update your website to latest version 2.0.5. There are no problems with IPN. Also, make sure that you haven't missed any file on update. (business account is recommended).
