Hey!

When people exchange twitter followers on my site they get this error all the time:

"Twitter says you aren't following this user!"


I just tested and I am getting it too.

You already know where is the problem and as I have already told you, I can't help you with that. Your IP is blacklisted by twitter (twitter api returns error), so you have to change your webhost (we recommend to use an dedicated IP for your website, because on shared hosting are many users on the same IP, if these users use twitter API, this IP risk to be blacklisted faster).
