I think this feature will help us in warning some people which we suspect

So Private message that i can control from admin panel to any user i want , i think its cool

i don't know how it should be exactly, but can it be implemented in further updates ?

For the moment, that feature is not so important, we have to focus on other features, so no, I don't implement that feature. If you want to send an message to somebody, send an email.
