I'm still confused about revshare_api, does this affect the referrer?

No, RevShare Program is only service powered by HideRef with few features like placing your own banners on redirection page when members followers, likes, views..etc.

Go ahead and choose HideRef if you are not interested in these feature, because all of them doing the same work.
