I request in admin pannel special field to right some words seperate with comma

and when any user try to add any new page have any word of this in its link , the system tell him , it cant be added here

No, that feature cannot be added, I don't find that feature useful. With 1 keyword, many pages cannot be used in system (pages who doesn't have nothing our from TOS).
