I need some modifications for my Xtraffic. 1.1.1

I need following modifications.

Users can able to buy VIP Membership with Coins ( Prices can be changed from Admin Panel )
Users can able to buy Banner Ads with Money & Coins ( Prices can be changed from Admin Panel )
Add Different VIP Days With Different Coin Packs
Auto Send email to the user having less than 10 coins.
Send email to the specific user from the Admin Panel
Force user to submit and enable at-least 1 website before earning coins. 
News Page ( News should be update from Admin Panel)
Completely remove Earnings & Withdraw Money Options from the Entire site.
Live Traffic Feed For online Users. ( Script based ) 
Add Captcha in website visits "surf.php" to validate the website visit after timer goes to zero.

please also note that these are the common updates which should be in Xtraffic script by default but the developers of MN-Script only focusing on PesPro and not focusing on Xtraffic script at all.
