I have an idea for a new feature! Before you can withdraw money from the refs, you have to identify yourself.

one must first upload a file-upload his identity card front and back. an admin can then accept the user in the system for disbursement.

Thank you for your suggestion, but this feature is useless and represent an high risk for users. I can't accept this feature request.
