Admin can enable or disable for all modules.. example if admin want facebook share for vip member only just switch on/off vip at admin panel

I don't think that this is such a good suggestion... You want members that will click on your site so that it's active, the last thing that you want is to limited them from earnings points?

In this way your users will become inactive, that feature is not such a good ideea, so that feature cannot be implemented.
