I want disable hideref.org of my manual surf, it takes a while to load websites with it, i want my members to be able to go straight to the websites without pass by hideref.org page...

There is a reason why HideRef is here. Traffic generated by this kind of websites is crappy, but with this dereferer service, source is hidden and make this traffic more valuable for your users, they can put some ads on their websites, and many more things like this. HideRef is on very fast dedicated server, takes just 1 second to redirect to desired website, but for example, if website X is very slow, takes 2-3 seconds until this website appear, hideref will instantly disappear when website is loaded. Without hideref is the same thing for these slow websites, but traffic generated is very poor, and user will never can use ads like adsense or other like this.
