Would be nice to have a payment proof section for all payouts/cash outs on cash for likes script. Something similar to a bux/ptc site.

I don't think its needed in the default script. You can easily do such things yourself or you may even add a forum to your site. It would be a useless feature for me. Blog was also an useless feature as the theme was so bad and there were very limited features so I opted for a wordpress blog and changed its theme to match my sites theme a little.
This is my opinion it may differ from other's opinion.
