Section for users to fill out surveys to earn coins. Would be a nice way to generate alot more revenue..

Thank you for your suggestion. CPALead is not a great ideea, because many times in their javascript are found viruses and your website risks to be marked as dangerous.
Just to add to this I used to run the old version of PES and this had CPA Leads for surveys - It didn't bring in much revenue at all as users have a distrust of surveys. Even when I offered a high amount of coins they hardly used it.
