Have anyone good Tipps to promote the site. How do you promote your site? Because only google doesn't work well.

Upload videos to youtube.

Get your friends to share it on their FB. Create an FB page and offer some coupons if people like your page.

Offer a good commission rate,
Build up backlinks
Use a facebook 'share with friends' app.
Keep adult/trash/scam page sites off your exchange - they will frighten off better customers (who are the ones most likely to buy credits and VIP).

Go straight to the people who most need this.

For example if you need more Facebook exchangers go to popular Facebook fan pages and explain the benefits of your site.

If you need more YouTube exchangers then comment on popular YouTube videos.

Sounds very good tips to comment on popular Youtube videos, but is it allowed to post on popular Facebook Fan pages. Don't you find it a little bit rude or spammy to go to other people videos and pages and comment on them, specially if there is no previous interaction with those people.

I agree with Galaxian, I think the best way to promote your website, is to upload videos to youtube.
