Hi I have an quest, had some problem with coded texts. For my language Im using UTF-8.. I need send to my users newslleter, but dont know coding there, dont have how try it.. already have some users, so dont wanna send them newslleter with lots of spelling errors.

Yes there is newslleter system, but dont know coding used in newsletter system.
For example dont wanna send them newsletter with header Draz spoluoban instead of Drazí spoluobčané. Need special characters, the best is UTF-8
