Would it be possible to give the referrals only the ammount of coins if the users are active and have liked (for example) minimum 10 sites?

and if any one click trafic web or fb like will earn 1 or 2 coins the reff if possible to add it and control from admin panel how much coins willl earn the aff from reff account per click .
