I would improve and that a new "Admin-Option".
"Pages unlock"(confirm) for Traffic Exchanger and / or other sites.

Is it perhaps possible as implement a new feature in the next update?
Thus a new function must be very helpful so you can easily see which pages you can support, or just do not.

Example: adult sites, or sites spread viruses etc.
So what sites you can, because once ban!

I don't really get it. What would pages unlock do?

Example:
A member add a new page. (Traffic Exchanger, or another page)
After one add the page gets the member a message that the site will only be reviewed by Admin needs to publish.

When status would no longer "Enabled" but "unlock", "confirm", "check" whatever...

Of course you should as the admin can decide whether to check a site and what you want.

There are customers with thousands of users and also, thousands of pages added daily. I don't think to be such a good ideea, to stay to verify thousands of pages. Is too much work and you just waste your time. This is why there is "Report" function, users can report pages who break your rules and you can delete / block them. Again, I don't think to be such a good ideea so for the moment we don't implement such a feature.
