Do banner ads system have approval of the banner ads purchased or something?
Because it might be worth to approve the banners manually, for example if they contain any bad content or so.
I am not sure so I thought I would ask.

No, banners doesn't require approval, but you can remove them if there is something wrong.

Does removing them provide a refund back to the one who added it? (to account balance I mean).
Can this feature be added in next version?
If the banner is disapproved, the amount would be refunded back via account balance.
This would be so great to have!
Also another option would be great to edit money/balance for users via edit user page. In case of any problem such as balance not being added or something, this could be useful if we want to edit it.

No, there is no refund if you delete banner, but you already can edit account balance via "Edit user" page.

I can't seem to be able to edit it. Some javascript void link is there but on clicking it, nothing happens.

Either way, this improvement should be done and it'll be good to initiate refund directly.
