Silly question... I remember that there was a setting for the YouTube videos "View minimum time" ... I Can't find it anymore? Where do we change the min. time for Videos being viewed?

Latest version is
Hidden content for guests and can be downloaded from Customer Area. Everytime when an update is released, old version is replaced, so if you're our customer, download it from Customer Area -> Downloads section.
