I am trying to update to the latest version but I can't get it to work, each time I remove the "top 3 active users" box from header.php I get errors.

What code am I exactly supposed to remove to remove "top 3 active users" from header.php?

I did that and after that I try to login and I get this:

Server error

This is the code that must be removed, if that error appear, maybe when you saved file was encoded on different characters type or something, or maybe you have some wrong custom changes. There is nothing to do about removed code, more than sure there is something with encoding. Give me FTP access, I will try to remove it for you.
