I really think that you should add multiple payment options such as liberty reserve and moneybookers, even sms payments. I know that PayPal is the main one and that sms providers have larger fees than PayPal but there should be options for everyone, even those who can only use sms payments. You can always have more expensive prices if they pay with sms to cover most of the fees.
I personally think that its better to offer sms payments and pay the fees if that is the only payment option for the member, its better to get a few bucks than nothing even though you pay larger fee...
