Hello,
Ask your friend to give you access to files, maybe your friend "hacked" your website. You don't have other way.
Regards!

Normally, it can be useful to create a backup administrator account in order to avoid this ...
Every week I make the controls on my site, and I check if there are any SQLI or XSS vulnerability.
I can say that so far not finding these vulnerabilities ..
I hope you can solve, good luck!

if you have still Access to your Database just do the following:
1. Register a new account on your hacked website..
2. just access your database over the phpmyadmin, create or use your old username and Change in the usertable the admin column to "1" for your new account. Then you are admin again
check all your users in db to see who else has the "1" in admin column and change it to "0"
