How can i move the circled part in the image to an upper position highlighted?
-Where should i go to edit?
-How to edit it?
Additional Question:
-How to add top 3 active users on the left side below login form?
-Background change is in style.css, but how should i edit it? ( i'm a newbie, don't know anything about css and html stuffs
