Central Database of Banned Users - dadragon - 12-05-2012
As the title says really... the email addresses of banned users are uploaded to a central database. A count of how many times this email address has been banned and exchange owners have the option to ban from their own exchange or just keep an eye on them.
I guess this would work even better if the reporting system is implemented.
