Ok, so MAfianet sold the site finally as we all expected, but he goes and immediately creates another site to sell exactly the same script with a different theme?
i would be very angry if i was the new owner...

If I may tell you how I see it. He bought this website (new owner) and he now reacts on the forum that you can find some stuff on the Partner website. I think the partner website is also from the new owner?
May be to earn 2x money on some people? No idea. I think he does his best. I hope he does not just do it 100% for the money only..
