It is possible to implement, but I don't recommend such thing. Forcing free users to become VIP user will make many of them to stop using your website. Such an website, without activity is dead, so this isn't such a good ideea.

Yes I agree with you, but the VIP users are more active so that its members would be free to have more benefit for VIP to reward them for their efforts after this function can be used or not at all
