Quick question about CPC - Galaxian - 12-10-2012
Hey!
Let's say that 10 people offer 3 CPC, which one of them will be first in the list? Is it random or the first one that submited their link the the system?
Note, I don't mean highest CPP but the same.

Is it possible to change order of the modules under "Earn Coins"?

Last page submited in system will be first page show in the system. About order, no, you can't change order.
