What is dislike good for ?
That sounds like its only to dislike competitors or enemies videos
That would mean, that all videos that are in your list, are added from other people than the owner
Thats not very serious 
and i guess no good commercial for your site ...What if a owner finds his video in your dislike list, are you sure that he can´t let his lawyer, let you pay for his lost of reputation ?
What do a owner of a video have to do, to get the video removed from your list ? Pay for it ?
I do not know where you are located, but i can tell you, that you would have a big problem, if you were based in germany.
To be a member of your service is a must, sins i have to check if some of my videos are in your list. But with a bad taste !!!
