From admin panel admin should be able to enable or disable and set price per one uv and it should be able to detect proxies.
If one user click on someone else referral link then that other user will earn x amount of money that will be + into his earning.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I don't implement this feature. This kind of system will never be safe, users will use bots, iframe, etc
