Auto-email on zero coins to users

any chance to implement this into the script?
If user ran out of coins, he should get an email to collect coins again (otherwise he might miss promotion for his services ...)

If you have for example 25.000 members and 20.000 remain with 0 coins, your site will send 20.000 emails and will become spammy instantly. This is just an example, but I think you got the point why we don't implement that feature.
