If you add to many targeting options your site activity will be decreased very much and users earn exchanges very slow. Think about it, if you have 2000 members, 1000 are inactive, 500 doesn't have any page added and 500 have all pages targeted, from where to receive clicks. These kind of systems are for website with more than 100.000 active users, for the moment, there is nobody with such an active website.
