Hello,
1 coin is deducted as a fee, this is why minimum CPC is 2. This system works this why since v1 was released and I'm sure all your users already know that 1 coin is deducted by the system. The system was built this why to be able to control the total amount of coins available on system, to increase users activities and sales.
