I've just knocked up a new banner for anyone who wants to use it. Its in PSD format (inside the rar file) so all you need to do is change the text for the exchange URL.
If you don't have photoshop to edit this and want me to change the text to your own exchange URL give me a shout.
This is what it looks like:

I couldn't upload it here due to file type restrictions

In case you didn't know you just need to upload it to your /promo/ folder and over write the old.
