Adding Links to static pages?

What's the easiest way to modify the links on the side? I want to add links to the menu that includes the exchanges, but I can't figure out where to do that.

Any help is appreciated.

What you are looking for is a filter, and you can find it in every modules folder in index.php

His name is: register_filter('exchange_menu','name_top_menu');

That's the way that menu is build up.
