Allow duplicate IP list

Some users complain that they are unable to sign up due to the 1 user per IP option. I guess this is where people are using at work school or behind proxy. Would it be possible to create a editable table that we can insert IP addresses that are allowed to be used more than once.

No, is not possible, will be a big security hole. These persons maybe are cheaters who try to create fake accounts. You can't be sure if they have accounts or not. If their IP was used before on proxy, that's mean they use the same proxy, so... why they use proxy? If they try to signup from school, they can wait until they go at home.
