custom email messages

feature request:

I am new, if the script already sends, pls pardon me.

To have set emails for certain things like:

Account falling low on coins.
( sends an auto email after account falls under x amount of coins, that we can control coin amount and the email )

and to add, email all members as admin, rather than just newsletter would be a great add-on as well.

Also to add onto

Maybe a section to email an individual member.
i.e. I want to email member X that submitted a reported page, I would let them know the site has been dealt with and would like to offer them a coupon to use

If this feature is already there, sorry I just don't see it.
