Email Users With Low Coins

Hi

I think we need a update so the system will auto email users when they have low coins. We should be able to set up what the email says and when a user goes below 10 coins a email should automatically be sent to them to let them know they are running out. I think this will bring a lot more users back to the sites

I'd rather have this feature for VIP because this could become very server intensive if you're doing it with coins.

I think it would be a good idea, that when users get to 2 coins they receve a message saying that they have 2 coins or something like that
