ERROR: Banner wasn't uploaded

Hi

When i try to upload banner ( the size is the same as it is written on the site 468x60 ) i get this message:

"ERROR: Banner wasn't uploaded, please contact your site admin!"

When i go to site admins General settings Banner Ads System is Enabled ... so i do not see what am i doing wrong ...why i cant upload any banners ??

Set permissions 777 to the folder "files/banners/"
