How to prevent Autolike and iMacros

I was wondering how do we detect users that are using autolike tools and imacros on our sites?

Is it possible?

You can just make some modification as to allow only a certain number of reqest on your website. I mean to allow your users to like,follow etc a certain number of pages, accounts ecc like Addmefast
