Not allow .exe to be submitted

I'd like users to not be able to submit .exe url's in the traffic exchange

We will see what we can do, but we can't prevent all pages who start downloading something, because not all pages have .exe url, alot of pages are using javascript or something else, to start downloading something.

In v1.8.3 are not allowed more pages with .exe in the end
