Option send email only at today registered

Hi admin,
can you add the option for send newsletter only at the "today registered" (for send welcome message, promotion only for the today registered, etc...)?

The best option is:
1) select option for send email at registered members
2) select the number of days ago by a little box of the registrations (if i write 5 in this box the system send the email only at the members which have registered in the latest 5 days before)
3) send emails

Ok thanks a lot. Advice me when you implement this function.
Another great feature is:
1) templates html for newsletter in the dropdown menù
2) possibility to add photos or videos on the newsletter
