Did I miss something or is there no section where i can see, whitch files have been changed on each update?

Download script again from Customer Area, you have a list with all changed files attached with the script.

That's clear, but would it be possible to write down all files that changed during the update? I have a lot of customizations done on my website, so would be great to know

That's what I told you, you already have a list with all modified files at this update, it's enough to re-upload only these files. Download script again and you will find a list with all changed files on "Updated Files.txt". More than that I don't have what to tell you (we can't tell what was changed on every file).

Since the first release I've always looked at ..

This was always a good thing ..
