PES Pro footer change

Hey guys,

I have my PES Pro installed and customized a little bit, but i can't figure it out how to stick footer to the bottom of the page, i tryed with margin, but always on other computer, the space between the footer and bottom of the page is empty and has space


Is anyone know how to do that?!
