Hello,

In: system/modules/

There are module folders, in ever folder there is an index.php file, open that and find: exchange_menu

You can comment out that function or you can delete it, that way your module will not going to appear in the website menu, if you wanna dezactivate the module, entirely you can simply delete the module folder.
