Possible to send automatically an email at the buyer after i accept a payment?

I explain:

1) one user add funds on the website
2) i have setted the control and i have to accept manually the payment
3) i accept manually the payment

FINALLY

4) i want which the system send automatically one email after i have accepted the payment to the member which have added funds for give a confirm of the payment accepted

It's possible to make this? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
