Reason for transfer coins + Admin acceptance

Hello,

I request to add Reason field in transfer coins page ,

Users should write a reason when they try to transfer coins to each others


I think this reasons will help us to know whats going on , and ban some users if they are cheating by selling coins to each others.


Also , all transfers process shouldn't be automatically done , Admin Should accept the transfer first to control the process.

So much extra work for the admin, this is meant to be an automatic script that doesn't require constant watching over.

I don't recommend this feature.

It can be chossing from admin panel -- manually or automatically

it will help to fined whats going on the site and who is buying coins to others
