Well, all packages "are the same", because are configured in the same way. But, on HostGator will be recommended Business plan, because you will receive your dedicated IP. Also, if your website have a high activity, will be better if you buy VPS or Dedicated Server.

VolumeDrive are quite a pain to work with, their support is done through email since they have no control panel. Their network is kinda crap, alot of downtime when I was with them about a year ago. Only thing good about them really is the dedi hardware they provide and the cost they charge for that hardware.
