some inquiries before buy PES pro, waiting your help plz

Hello Dears,
I'm about buy PES pro script but i need some body to clarify the following points plz:

1- I know it comes with one Style, is there's any one offers new styles for the script with extra payment?

2- Can user set a Campaign Budget of points for each page\site even it for (VIP) only?

3- When Targeting likes, tweets ..etc by country can user select multi countries or just one?

4- As an admin can I set a Minimum $$ to issue payment (in case of users can exchange their points with cash).

1) There is only 1 design for the moment (default design), we don't have more themes for sale.
2) No (maybe will be in the future).
3) Just one.
4) Yes, you can.
