Popup window longer timer?

Hey!

Is it possible to increase the close timer when the popup windows come up? Like when someone subs to someone a window comes up which is closing down after few seconds automatically unless you close it down.

The reason is that one of my members doesn't get enough time to subscribe before the windows closes which menas that he can't earn points.

Pop-up is active for 20 seconds, more than enough to give one click. If your users need more than 20 seconds for each click, then these users will never make something on this kind of websites. Maybe your users just try to beat the system, this is why some persons require more than 20 seconds (maybe your users are using bot's)
