Twitter/Youtube not working

I have a problem for my site where twitter follower and YouTube favorite don't work. When user puts in their username.
I get these error

I did already re-installed it

Sometimes "Favourite" playlist is missing (deleted, renamed, etc) and this error appears. Try another account.

I have exactly the same problem with the YouTube Favo.
I always get this error:
ERROR: We can not find your favorites playlist!

Is there a solution to the problem?
Or as I also make YouTube a favorite playlist...
