Want covert other Exchage script to PES Pro

I'm looking for a converter from other exchage scripts to PES-Pro.
So users and sites can be moved from one script to another

Like from Socialswapper to PES Pro
and
Extreme Exchanger to PES Pro

I have some sites running but want to Switch them to PES-Pro because i like it the most now...

Any converter available already or can anyone code one for me?

Honestly unless someone already has one you might have to change the data over yourself or pay someone to do it.

It shouldnt be to hard to compare the tables and just do some renaming.

I know that I can do it myself with changing the tables and stuff, but don't really have the Time and so on to Change all that by myself.. I would be gladly pay for the converter or the guy who does the changes for me.
